About Us

Anchor Point Marine Consultants is a new company formed with the express purpose of providing high quality solutions to that part of the Marine Industry concerned that the quality of their personnel is of the highest order.

Anchor Point Marine Consultants is a partnership between Iain Forrest, Marjorie Macmillan and Justin Tipper.

Iain has 15 years seagoing experience on a variety of ship types, together with 14 years in shoreside personnel training, recruitment and management positions. He is a certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Marjorie is a Clinical Psychologist with 30 years experience of working with individuals and management teams and systems.

Justin has 25 years experience in financial services working in the City of London, Far East and British islands. He is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, an experienced coach and trainer.

Our interests and strengths are varied and we combine the diverse set of skills and experiences to offer our clients a powerful set of tools to use in getting the results they want in business.
